We would be delighted to appear at your event anywhere in the world. For appearances
outside of the Orlando Florida area, you will also have to reimburse our travel and
accommodation expenses. We will try to keep expenses low and will look at various methods
of travel with economy in mind. We will consider staying at private accommodations to
reduce costs.
For private or corporate events our standard fee is $500. That is $250 for the Traveling Hoedowners,
and $250 to pay a caller. The Traveling Hoedowners consists of 8 dancers; we work
with several callers in Florida and for events outside our area, we may hire a local
caller to reduce expenses.
If your event is charitable in nature, we may contribute by reducing and, on rare occasions,
waiving our fees, but you may still have to pay for the caller. It does not hurt to ask, so
even if you are on a tight budget but would like us to appear, please contact us and we will
decide whether we can accommodate you.
On occasion one or more couples may be unavailable, but we do have backup dancers to cover
events.
